A former clinician turned medical billing specialist helping healthcare practices recover revenue and reduce claim denials. After working directly with patients, I saw firsthand how administrative and billing challenges can take valuable time away from patient care.
Jherica is a graduate of Mississippi State University and earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University in 2011. She completed her clinical training and practiced from 2013 to 2016, gaining firsthand experience in patient care and the daily workflow of a medical practice. During this time, she obtained her medical billing and coding certification in 2015 and began to recognize a major gap in healthcare—providers are highly trained to diagnose and treat patients, but rarely taught how to run the business side of a successful practice. In 2016, Jherica transitioned from clinical practice into healthcare administration and founded her billing company with the mission of helping providers reclaim their time while improving their revenue integrity. By combining clinical insight with billing expertise, she helps practices navigate the complexities of insurance, claims, and reimbursements with confidence.
